Fouetter en versant peu \u00e0 peu l\u2019huile, la mayonnaise doit peu \u00e0 peu s\u2019\u00e9paissir. Pour savoir si elle est r\u00e9ussie, retourner le bol. Nous y avons rajout\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents ar\u00f4mes\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une proposition de recette&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">Prendre un \u0153uf et s\u00e9parer le jaune du blanc. Battre le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf et ajouter peu \u00e0 peu 30ml d\u2019huile tout en continuant \u00e0 battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9mulsion puis ajouter l\u2019ar\u00f4me de votre choix.
